Dr. Papiya Upadhyay (M.Sc., B.Ed., M.A., Ph.D.) is an accomplished educator and faculty member at Netaji Subhas Open University, Kolkata, bringing 13 years of expertise to higher education. An active researcher and scholar, she has authored 85 national and international publications and contributed to numerous global and national research projects (including collaborations with COL-CEMCA, AAOU, IITE, NIEPA, and NSOU). Dr. Upadhyay has been pivotal in developing accessible education, coordinating MOOCs for SWAYAM and e-contents for SWAYAM PRABHA. Her work uniquely bridges educational technology, teacher education, and sustainable development, with a strong commitment to fostering inclusive learning environments.
