Aims and Scope: The journal Frontiers in Educational Studies (FIES) will serve the requirements of principals, directors, managers, and most importantly, educators at educational institutions. In addition to presenting global information and activities aimed at assisting educational administrators, this magazine addresses the significant social, economic, and technological variables that impact education, particularly technical and professional education.
Objectives: It is a truth that educational institutions across the globe under tremendous pressure to provide greater quality of instruction over a wider curriculum with less resources. Administrators are unquestionably the key to any advancement in education, and it is becoming more and more their obligation to respond constructively to outside influences and spur action. Second, there are a lot of things to talk about and create because of the quick changes in the teaching-learning process, educational legislation, technological advancements, etc.
This publication, which provides an overview of the most recent research and practice occurring in the field of international education, will analyze the difficulties encountered by the administrators. The nature of educational administration, organizational theory, educational leadership, and contemporary practices will be the main topics of the journal. Additionally, it will address human subjectivity in healthy educational organizations, educational policy, teacher-student interactions, institutional finance, ethical and moral values, and the function of research in educational institutions.
